How do photoshoots happen and what are the key steps involved?
How do photoshoots happen and what are the key steps involved?
Every project starts with a conversation, the process then depends on where your brand stands creatively.
If your creative direction is already set (small scope): We begin with a call or email to align on your art director's vision. I then provide a clear offer covering all relevant details: team, gear, and logistics. From there, I develop a moodboard and production plan to guide the shoot's look and feel. Edited images are delivered via a secure link within 14 days, including selection, retouching, and any agreed corrections.
If your brand is still finding its visual direction (large scope): We start a step back: exploring your brand's values, audience, and aesthetic needs. Over several weeks, I develop a tailored visual world through in-depth planning, conversations, and moodboarding until the direction truly fits your brand. We then move into production as described above.
Either way, the process is built around clarity and intention.
